I rented my car with Turisrent, and was very pleased with the car, which was new, in excellent clean condition.The service is excellent and uncomplicated and delivery at the Hotel where I was staying for free.I strongly recommend to Turisrent.
The terms were acceptable, the service was flexible, the vehicle was new and there was no monkey business with the deposit, which was promptly paid back upon returning the car. It was a very positive experience, I would not hesitate to use the service again.
The car itself was fine. But the customer service extremely poor. No smiling, minimum politeness, trying too eagerly to find a scratch on the car. Not sure if he wasnt taking us seriously to be honest. Will never rent a car from here again.
