On my trip to porto I bought a really nice vintage (but still expensive) chair in the shop of vintage departement porto. They offer a delivery to my place for 150. At home I waited for the delivery for about 5-6 weeks (which was in the time we agreed). When I unpacked the delivery, the chair (which was packed very poor with thin foam-boards) was completely damaged. The wooden frame was broken in a way, that is not going to be repaired in any way. I immediately displayed the damage and got in contact with vintage departement. The first reaction was, that they are trying to solve the problem, but later they do not showed any reaction for a long time. Then I got a message, in which they told me, they would not be able to help me, and there is nothing else they can do for meREALLY DISAPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!
Local muito agradvel onde o bom gosto e a decorao vintage tem lugar de destaque. Recomendo vivamente uma visita!
